elizabeth weinberg

Elizabeth Weinberg was born and raised in the wilds of Massachusetts and graduated with a degree in Photojournalism from Boston University in 2004. She migrated south to Brooklyn, where the rooftops are bigger and the night is longer, in early 2005. Her clients include SPIN, NYLON, Giant, Mass Appeal, TOKION (Japan), and Alarm, as well as several record labels. She loves living on a tour bus, the woods, riding her bicycle, and she is looking for a vintage moped.

jacqueline di milia

Jacqueline Di Milia grew up in America’s first mass produce suburbia, Levittown, New York. In Spring of 2005 she received a BFA in Photography from the School Of Visual Arts. After a few years of photo assisting with wide range of photographers, including Danielle Levitt and Cass Bird, she began shooting editorially in 2006. She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York and obsessively watches French New Wave films. We interviewed her recently.

Ryan Pfluger recently completed his MFA at the School of Visual Arts and is a New York native. He feels that there is a strong, vulnerable connection between the individual, their sense of self, their surroundings, and their bodies. Pfluger currently lives in Brooklyn and is working on a new body of work about his childhood.

Erika Larsen is an American born photographer based in New York City. She began experimenting with photography as a teenager inspired by the work of Arthur Tress. Her work has been published in numerous magazines worldwide including Time, Geo, and Field and Stream. Her most notable work to date is her immersion into the world of hunting. Her photographs have been recognized by World Press, American Society of Magazine Editors, American Photography, Communication Arts and others. She is represented by Redux Picture Agency.

Lauren Fleishman

Lauren Fleishman was born and raised in the Midwood section of Brooklyn. She attended the School of Visual Arts with a Vice Presidential Academic Scholarship. In 2000 she was awarded a full scholarship to study at the prestigious Ecole Superieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. In 2003, Lauren was named one of Photo District News’ 30 young photographers to watch. Lauren’s clients include The Fader, New York Times Magazine, Microsoft, Newsweek, Time, Marie Claire France, ESPN, ELLE and The Sunday Times. This year Lauren will be included in American Photography 23 and is an award recipient in the 2007 PDN Annual for her Time magazine work entitled Sixteen Candles.
